Simon Shi,  CEO/ Mechanical Engineer

Simon joined Ningbo Naian Machine Industrial Co.,Ltd. and Yuyao Naian Machine Co.,Ltd. in September 1989 as Chief Executive Officer for both. He has served on the metal forming and machining operation since 1990, including serving in Ningbo Yonghua Steel Structure Co.,Ltd. and Yuyao Hongsheng Steel Structure Co.,Ltd.. Simon has over 20 years of practical experience in industrial parts and metal machining as a machine engineer. Besides the solid professional skills and experience, Simon has been intensively studying English in order to communicate with his foreign clients fluently. He always says ‘what is worth doing is worth doing well’ and he indeed does so.

Joy Wang, CFO/Registered Accountant /ISO Internal Auditor

Joy had been accountant officer of Yuyao Hongsheng Steel Structure Co.,Ltd. from September 1998 to April 2002, and chief financial officer of both Ningbo Naian Machine Industrial Co.,Ltd. and Yuyao Naian Machine Co.,Ltd. since May 2002. Joy has obtained accounting qualification certificate. She is familiar with the state financial system and related rules and laws. Joy is not only proficient in data analysis with numbers of financial software, but also excellent in overall planning with the modern concept of financial management.

 

Hong Jun Xuan      Manager of TD/Intermediate Technician/ISO Internal Auditor

Xuan has been the manager of technical department of both Ningbo Naian Machine Industrial Co.,Ltd. and Yuyao Naian Machine Co.,Ltd. since 2001, focusing on the products quotation, process layout, and estimation of norm of working hour. Xuan has over 20 years of practical experience in mechanical manufacture. Familiar with the softwares, AutoCAD, Pro/E, Office, etc., Xuan is proficient in processing technic, designing of Gauge/Fixture/assembly drawing/parts drawing/BOM, etc.. Xuan is also excellent at design development and project management.

Li Jun Liao               Manager of PD/Senior Welder/ISO Internal Auditor

Liao had been the welding group’s headman of manufacturing department of Zhejiang HangXiao Steel Structure Co.,Ltd. from 1990 to 2000. He has then been the manager of product department of both Ningbo Naian Machine Industrial Co.,Ltd. and Yuyao Naian Machine Co.,Ltd. since June 2000, focusing on working-out of a plan for a specific order, production arrangement, and handling with some accidental emergency. With over 20 years of experience in metal processing, Liao is familiar with mechanical processing, metal plates and components manufacturing. Liao is especially proficient in welding technic. He is also good at construction and organizational management.

Weislye Yao, Foreign Trade Officer

Weislye graduated from the undergraduate school of University of Technology and Science of China (USTC) in 2011, and from the graduate school of New York University (NYU) in 2013. He joined Ningbo Naian Machine Industrial Co.,Ltd. (and Yuyao Naian Machine Co.,Ltd.) after his graduation as a foreign trade officer because of Naian’s strong current state along with its bright future. Weislye is now the principal for all related global business. He has attended numbers of English tests, say TOEFL (100/120), GRE (1300/1600), to name a few. Besides good at both speaking and writing English, Weislye is also proficient in using kinds of office software. His enthusiasm and diligence to the work makes him one of the most popular members in Naian.
